Several miles from the famous Wieliczka Salt Mine, you can find an organic farm that thrives under the watchful eye of Agnieszka Rousseau and Piotr Jaskóła. The vineyard prospers thanks to the friendly helpers who live there – hawks, which scare away starlings; pheasants, which eat snails, and earthworms, which fertilise the soil. The grapes found in the vineyard are resistant to fungi and low temperatures. The grape variety, which can be found in this plantation, is the common grape vine – vitis vinifera – used to make Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet, Muskat, Gruener Veltliner and Pinot noir. The vineyard offers a broad and interesting tasting offer for its visitors. While there, you can also buy wines of certain vintages.
